Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is soliciting quotations to provide all labor, supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to provide complete glazing maintenance services (GMS) at the Wm. S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, Madison, WI. Services shall also include but are not limited to, cleaning of window frames, screens, sills and sashes. This solicitation is for the period beginning on or about June 11, 2001 through June 10, 2002 plus three (3) Option Renewal periods. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. NAICS: 561720. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Requests for hardcopy solicitations must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and must be accompanied by a non-refundable check for $10.00 made out to the US Dept of Veterans Affairs.
