Description

GSA/FTS, Region 5 is announcing its intent to issue a procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for a commercial, sole source acquisition to VERIZON Enterprise Solutions Group, 4020 Winnetka Ave., Rolling Meadows, IL 60008. Work being accomplished includes hardware and software maintenance and installation for a NORTEL PBX switch, with all associated hardware and software components and associated labor required for installation and maintenance. This expansion must be done by the contractor providing maintenance of this system. This requirement is identified by request for quote GS05T01BQ0005. NAICS Code 513330 applies. Size standard is 1,500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all submissions by the designated response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
