Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division plans to award an IDIQ type contract for 1 base year with 4 one-year options for repair/remanufacture of the sub-assemblies of the AN/SPS-49 Rotary Coupler System, which consists of the following for each year: CLIN 0001 Inspection for repair -- Min 1/Max 35, CLIN 0002 Repair/Overhaul of RF Rotary Coupler, P/N 912352, and associated components -- Min 0/Max 35, CLIN 0003 Repair/Overhaul of Slip Ring Assembly, P/N 912345 -- Min 0/Max 35, CLIN 0004 Repair/Overhaul of IFF Rotary Couplers, P/Ns 912705 & 707483, and associated components -- Min 0/Max 35. For CLIN 0001 -- delivery is F.O.B. Destination 15 days after receipt of GFM specified by delivery orders. For CLINs 0002, 0003 and 0004 -- delivery is F.O.B. Origin 120 days after notification to proceed with repair by issuance of delivery order or modification thereto.
