This is an amendment to a previously published synopsis dated 6 December 2000, submission no. 5082D7. The Small Business Set Aside has been removed from the solicitation. The acquisition remains a three-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity with three ordering periods. The RFP is a Best Value Trade-off. The evaluation factors will be Technical (GO/NOGO), Performance Risk, Small Business Participation, and Price.
