Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance at origin. Configuration control. Critical item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 342. 151 to be delivered to Tracy, CA and 191 to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA within 150 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included in the RFP.
