Description

YPG01116000644 for NSN 3120-01-037-5391, bushing, sleeve in accordance with General Electric Co. (cage 07482) part number 9146M80P02. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The item is configuration controlled. Acceptable sources are: Tri-Mack Plastics (cage 60402) and Slabe Machine (cage 97139) Solicitation will be for a long term contract with a base year and four one year options. The estimated annual quantity for the base year is 64,249 each and 55,116 for the option years. Surge and Sustainment will be included. A firm fixed price contract is expected. FOB -- destination, Inspection/Acceptance -- origin, delivery 90 days after receipt of order. All deliveries will be to a DLA conus stock location with anticipated 25% to the east coast and 75% to the west coast. ABVM provisions will apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors. See Note 26. Solicitation issue date is June 20, 2001.
