Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) plans to modify Delivery Order 0004, under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-99-G-1554, and add the fabrication of one (1) additional ECP 1686 Communication/Navigation System Upgrade modification kit for AH-1W helicopters. NAVAIRSYSCOM plans to award the modification to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., (BHTI), P.O. Box 482, Fort Worth, TX 76101-0482, the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the AH-1W helicopter. Delivery is expected to take place in March 2002. Any firms interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact BHTI directly. This procurement is being contracted on the basis of "other than full and open competition," and this synopsis is for informational purposes only. See Note 22.
