Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) contemplates = awarding a 36-month cost-plus-fixed-fee contract under full and open = competition to customize, implement and maintain an existing = Internet-based system which must be capable of data entry, warehousing, = retrieval of actions and accomplishments displayed in graphs and = reports; quality control checks, cross-coalition learning site and = online support. Work will include planning, managing and customizing = the existing Internet technology for use by REACH 2010 grantees; = defining needs, indicators and standards during the evaluation phase; = and providing training, technical assistance and support relative to = the system. Offerors must have the ability to assist Implementation = and Evaluation Phase grantees with documenting and evaluating = activities that attribute to the readiness or ability of a coalition to = take action aimed at changing risk/protective behaviors and = transforming community conditions; the intervention believed to bring = about desired effects; changes in the environment where people = function; and changes in knowledge, attitudes, beliefs and/or behavior = among influential persons or groups.
