Description

A. See numbered notes 1, 9, 13, and 26. DESC: Bag, Storage, Drinking Water, 5 Quart Capacity, (NSN: 8465-00-485-3034). Performance Specification: Mil-B-8571D dated 16 October 1970 and Amendment 1 dated 5 August 1978. Quantity to be purchased: 15,600 each. No term year options. Destinations: W25G1U -- Defense Depot New Cumberland, PA and W62G2T -- Defense Depot San Joaquin, CA. 6 deliveries (to each destination) will be required beginning 120 through 270 days after date of award. A quantity of 5 First Articles will be required 60 days after date of award for testing. All materials to be used in the fabrication are to be furnished by the contractor. B.
