Description

This acquisition is being offered as a sole source acquisition = subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) = code 235990. This project is located in Wyoming. The work to be = performed under the resulting contract consists of furnishing all = material, labor, and equipment, appliances and performing all necessary = travel and services required to repair a sinking concrete floor in = Building 1152. The contractor shall stabilize and underlay the Bay 6 = slabs that have subsided using the URETEK process. The contractor = shall be required to perform video inspection of slab-embedded floor = drains, environmental soil sampling, recycled products reporting, and = hazardous material reporting. Performance period for resulting = contract is estimated at 30 calendar days. Magnitude of this project = is between $25,000 and $100,000. There is no winter exclusion period = for this project. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to = be on or about May 28, 2001, with a closing date 30 calendar days after = issuance. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal.
