Description

Project consists of removal and installation of wall and floor tile, gypsum board, flooring, bathroom fixtures, cabinets, fans, and associated mechanical and electrical systems. The project is located in the R-41 type units in Black Hills Estates, Ellsworth AFB, SD. The Magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The performance period for this project is 365 days after receipt of notice to proceed. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The solicitation for this project will be published electronically on the World Wide Web. Paper copies will not be provided. This project is currently unfunded and will only be awarded if funds do become available.
