This is the second modification to the original notice revising the line items as follows: Delete the line items shown in the original notice and first modification and substitute the following: a. Provide a unit price per hour $_______ X 60 hours (est. qty.). b. Provide the minimum number of hours to be charged/billed on days flown, if any ______. The final contract price will be based on the total number of hours of flight time. All other information in the original synopsis/solicitation remains without change. Due date for receipt of quotes remains 5/29/01 at 4:00 PM.
