Description

Various Philadelphia Gear (17454) parts, including Flexible coupling; Clutch disk; Brake disk; Split cap assembly and Linear valve. To be supplied in various quantities and shipped to various locations on an as needed basis. An option to extend the contract period up to 4 additional years at the Government's discretion is included. Notes 12 and 26 apply. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 11 June 2001. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 3010, 3040 and 4820. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
