Description

NSN:2840-01-046-4349 , P/N 5004T20P13, Revision "K", dated 06 JAN 97, PR ARG01095CH0076, Maximum Quantity of 56 each, Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) of 28 each and a Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 14 each. Solicitation will include a quantity option for increase up to 100%. Option to extend term of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Origin inspection required. Critical application item. Quantity variance is plus or minus 5%. There are two approved sources of supply: General Electric Company, Cage 99207 and Corry Mfg. Co., Cage 91037. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis, under other than full and open competition procedures. The Government's required delivery schedule is 212 DARO STOCK/FOB DESTINATION, 30 DARO/DVD/FOB ORGIN . Commercial Notice (Note 26). ABVS: The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
