Description

Project includes restoration work, construction and maintenance of two separate trails. Burkhart Trail has approximately 13,400 meters of trail maintenance, Fall Creek Trail has approximately 4,970 meters of trail maintenance. Other items of work include, clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, rock and root removal, slough and berm removal, switchback reconstruction, drainage cleaning, rolling dip construction, rock wall repair and construction (approximately 475 square meters). To order plans send a check or money order, NO CASH, made out to USDA -- Forest Service, for $25.00 and reference the solicitation number. This will be a Best Value procurement, technical evaluation will be done for submited proposals. Price range is $250,000 to $500,000. Contract time is 180 calendar days. Plans and specifications will be available on or about the week of June 11, 2001.
