Description

This project is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Bids will be accepted from all interested parties. The Portland VA Medical Center will be constructing a Primary Care Support Building. The contractor will provide all labor and material to construct a new Primary Care Support Building on the Vancouver campus of the Portland Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Work will include general construction, utility, mechanical and electrical systems of an approximately 23,500 square foot new building. Price range is $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 dollars. The solicitation package will be available after 5/18/01 at a cost of $25.00, payable by either check or money order.
