Description

The Environmental Protection Agency intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to OSIRIS ENTERTAINMENT, 245 North Ocean Boulevard, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441, for the acquisition of a full feature 90-second Video News Release (VNR). In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, OSIRIS ENTERTAINMENT is the only firm producing the "Profiles in Innovation" in-flight TV series on which this segment will air August 1 through August 31, 2001 system-wide on American Airlines. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
