This publication serves as a notice of intent of the Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration, Sierra-Nevada Regional Office to solicit on a sole-source basis with AVO International, 4651 S. Westmoreland Road, Dallas, TX 75237 (800) 723-2861; for a Universal Pulsar Relay Test Set; P/N 10L3T3G-1/60. This test set is used for computerized testing of protective relays and is compatible with existing test sets at the Sierra-Nevada Regional Office. This notice may represent the only official notice.
