Description

RFP# JC-RIV-0-05 for the operation of the New Orleans Job Corps Center located in New Orleans, Louisiana, will be available on the World Wide Web, Job Corps Acquisition home page, on or about June 5, 2001 at http://wdsc.doleta.gov/jobcorps/schedule.html. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost reimubrsement plus fixed-fee for a 2 year base period of January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2003, plus three Governmental unilateral renewal options on one year each. The approximate average capacity srength is 225 non-residential students; 90 males and 135 females. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 2001 at the New Orleans Job Corps Center, 3801 Hollygrove, New Orlenas, LA 70118. There will be a tour of the facility following the pre-proposal conference. Upon enetering the facility, participants must report to the conference room. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 1:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, August 8, 2001 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
