Description

This is Modification 13 to the synopsis for the Center Operations Support Services (COSS) contract, which is the follow-on contract to the current Base Operations Support Services contract, Solicitation No. 9-BJ32-T63-0-24P. The last modification was released May 16, 2001. This modification accomplishes the following: (1) Attachment 1 provides a copy of the charts that were presented at the COSS Preproposal Conference that was held Monday, May 14, 2001. (2) Attachment 2 provides a typed copy of the attendance list that identifies who signed in on Monday, May 14, 2001, at the registration desk while attending the COSS Preproposal Conference. (3) The deadline for written questions or comments relating to or resulting from the COSS Preprosal Conference has been extended to 5 p.m., Central Standard Time on Friday, May 25, 2001. (4) Establishes June 8, 2001, as the tentative release date for a total Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) (including a new Draft Statement of Work that addresses the change in acquisition strategy). (5) Establishes ten (10) days from release of the DRFP as the deadline for written questions or comments relating to the DRFP. (6) Establishes Friday, June 29, 2001, as the tentative release date for the final Request for Proposal (RFP). (7) Notifies potential offerors that the Government expects to allow thirty (30) days from final RFP release for proposal submission. All other aspects of this synopsis as modified on May 16, 2001, remain unchanged.
