- This requirement is synopsized for information purposes ONLY as a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(2). The Government intends to award by modification to Elcon Enterprises, Inc. T/A, Elevator Control Services, 8231 Penn Randall Place, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772, on a sole source basis for video monitors in the elevators. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
