Description

The US Army CECOM has a requirement for tactically deployable downsized Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) Personal Communications System (PCS) networks and associated support services. The government intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis to Qualcomm Inc. because of the proprietary information that Qualcomm possesses that would meet the Government's technical requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Responses to this intent to solicit, other than from the source listed, will be required to submit information to verify their prior experience in the manufacture of the tactically deployable downsized CDMAPCS networks and associated support services.
