Description

The National Weather Service Forecast/Hurricane Center of NOAA has a requirement for three replacement Liebert condensing units. No other brand is acceptable. The cost must include all material, labor, and installation costs. Our requirements are: 1) Locate crane or forklift placement to minimize damage to landscaping and sprinkler plumbing, 2) Shut down and secure each system from operation sequentially so two operating units are always available, 3) Remove and store refrigerant for reuse, 4) Furnish and install three new Liebert Condensing units, model CDF291LA, to match existing units, 5) Verify operation of each new unit independently before disabling the remaining units being replaced, and 6) Restart system and calibrate condenser controls. Technical merit as well as price will be used to evaluate offers. As the technical merit becomes more equal, price becomes a greater factor.
