Description

Provide support services to the Pacific E-Health Innovation Center (P-eIC), Tripler AMC, HI in monitoring & responding to cardiac rhythm symptoms and events in heart surgery patients following hospital discharge. The contractor shall provide and maintain 10 calibrated micro transtelephonic cardiac rhythm monitors, materials and facilities to support P-eIC program manager to monitor post-discharge cardiac patients & report events. The services provided supports P-eIC research & development projects concentrating in technology development & demonstration/validation. The contractor shall prepare & submit monthly project status reports and participate telephonically in Quarterly Program Management Reviews, Project In Process Review and Integrated Product/Process Team. Contractor shall read, interpret, report & provide feedback on patient submitted rhythm tracings. The contractor shall provide training (seminars and manuals) to approximately 4 cardiac nurse care managers. Training shall enable cardiac nurse care managers to instruct research candidates on use, care & operation of transtelephonic cardiac rhythm monitors, including ability to properly apply monitor leads, record cardiac readings & transtelephonically transmit analog cardiac readings. Contractor required to report immediate reportable events. Contractor shall provide a brief technical proposal addressing technical evaluation factors detailed in the solicitation. Contractor must have completed and be an active registrant in CCR.
