Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Fed. Acquisition Reg. Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number is DE-RQ08-01NV14016; this is a REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Fed. Acquisition Circular 97-25. (iv) This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 421430. The size standard is 500 employees; (v) Line Item 1- Sony 19 inch E400 series monitor, Quantity 72; Line Item 2 -- Sony 21 inch E500 series monitor, Quantity 33; (vi) N/A; (vii) Delivery is to be no later than June 29, 2001, at the Nevada Operations Office located at 232 Energy Way, North Las Vegas, NV, 89030; to the attention of Ann Calcaro.
