Description

Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to construct seven offices, one computer room, and one conference room at the National Mine Health and Safety Academy, Beaver, WV. Job consists of, but not limuted to, removal of existing suspended ceiling, baseboard heating units, ductwork, light fixtures and carpeting. Work also requires the construction of offices, painting, carpeting, HVAC, and the installation of electrical panels, circuits, light fixtures, and outlets. Please note that the government will furnish various materials for this project, as noted in the solicitation. Mandatory site visit is tentatively scheduled for June 12, 2001. Bid, performance, and payment bonds are required. Solicitation J4R12014 to be issued on or about May30, 2001 with bid opening on or about June 28,2001.
