Description

Provide all materials, labor, tools, and equipment to install an exterior insulation finish system at the Bureau of Reclamation, Klamath Basin Area Office, 6600 Washburn Way, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97603. Including but not limited to pressure wash exterior ob building, caulking all joints, apply adhesive with trowel, apply base coat and press fiberglass netting into base coat, provide and install flashing where necessary to protect from water, install expansion joints as necessary, apply integrally colored (white) finish over base coat, caulk joints. All work will be done in accordance with specifications and instructions included in Exterior Insulation and Finish System Design Handbook written by Robert G. Thomas, Jr., available from CMD Associates, Inc., 1800 Westlake Avenue North, Suite 203, Seattle, Washington 98109, phone (206) 285-6811.
