Description

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Region III, ACF Head Start, through the General Acquisitions Branch, PSC, intends to award a twelve (12) month sole source simplified acquisition to Cheyney University, PA. The purpose of this simplified acquisition is to provide ongoing training and technical assistance for regional and program staff charged with monitoring and overseeing the administration of the Health Start Program. No soliciation is available. See Notes 22 and 23.
