Description

The Bureau of Prisons Southeast Regional Office is soliciting quotes to provide solid waste disposal services at the United States Penitentiary/Federal Prison Camp, located at 601 McDonough Blvd., S.E., Atlanta, GA 30315. This service will require two 34 cubic yard self-contained compactors to be located at the United States Penitentiary and one 34 cubic yard self-contained compactor to be located at the Federal Prison Camp. Each compactor shall have a self-sealing rear door and a 2.5 cubic yard hopper. Performance period will include a base and four one-year option periods: Base Year: 10/01/01 -- 9/30/02; Option Year 1: 10/01/02-09/30/03; Option Year 2: 10/01/03 through 9/30/04; Option Year 3: 10/01/04 through 9/30/05; Option Year 4: 10/01/05 through 9/30/06. The estimated issue date of the request for quotations will be on or about June 4, 2001 with a response date of July 10, 2001 at 2:00 p.m., EST.
