- Description
- The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), through the General Acquisitions Branch, PSC, plans to award a thirteen (13) month sole source simplified acquisition to the Training Connection, Inc. The purpose of this simplified acquisition is to provide assistance to the Mentoring Program Work Group for the orientation, training and evaluation of the CSAP mentoring program. No solicitation is available See Notes 22 and 23.
