Description

NOTICE OF INTENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina anticipates the award of a sole source contract to Teledynamics, LLC, pursuant to the authority sited in FAR 6.3 for a complete repair and upgrade to a Radiology Translogic System. This telelift system transports patients x-ray films from outpatient radiology to the radiology file room. Teledynamics is the only company found that could supply the parts and services to repair and upgrade the telelift system. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED AS A RESULT OF THIS SYNOPSIS. All interested firms must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capability to meet the agency requirements by forwarding a detail response by May 31, 2001. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to 919-286-6819. All proposals from responsible sources will be considered by the Agency. If no affirmative written response is received by May 31, 2001, negotiations will take place with Teledynamics.
