Description

The Army Telecommunications Directorate (ATD) has a requirement for nonpersonal services for cellular telephone services for Fort Drum, NY. The proposed contract is for a base year with two one-year options. The local exchange services provider, certified by the state of New York, shall provide cellular communications service for Fort Drum which shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, digital and analog access. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Sources responding to this requirement must indicate in writing, whether they are a large, small, disadvantaged and /or women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAICS code 51331/51333 and SIC code 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees. This requirement shall be a commercial fixed price type contract. Solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about 18 May 2001.
