Description

The Government intends to negotiate with Triad Associates, a sole source contract to provide a rental reagent plan consisting of the equipment, service, reagents and supplies necessary to perform HBSag testing at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 1700 Vegas Drive, Las Vegas, NV. 89106. The contract period is expected to be for the base year plus four (4) option years. See numbered Note 22.
