Description

The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD has a requirement for the NMRC Malaria Program, 503 Forney Drive (WRAMC ANNEX), Bldg. 503, Silver Spring, MD 20910. NNMC plans to award a sole source standing order to Dynal Inc., 5 Delaware Drive, Lake Success, NY for test kits to conduct blood typing on potential bone marrow transplant donors and patients. Dynal Inc. holds a patent on these test kits. The following item will be procured. Clin 0001: Forty Six (46) kits 820.01 HLA DQB1 SSO Typing Kit. Items will be delivered in two (2) shipments. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will be based on the Federal Acquisition Regulation. All companies interested in a copy of this solicitation can fax request to (301) 295-0286. All Quotes must be received by (4:30 p.m. EST) on May 29, 2001. Award Company must have prior to receipt of award be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR), have Cage Code, Duns Number and Federal Tax Identification Number. The Government will select the offeror which provides the greatest value to the Government.
