ABVS applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance at origin. Acquisition of this item is restricted to the sources specified on the source controlled drawing. Alternate offers will not be accepted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 56 to be delivered to Tinker Air Force Base within 220 DARO or best possible delivery. 100% option quantity to be included in the RFP. Solicitation issue date is June 6, 2001.
