First Article Testing is required. Requested delivery is 365 days ARO (w/FAT waived) and 545 days ARO (w/FAT). Small Business Set-Aside 100%, other than full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Specifications, plans and drawings are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
