Description

The United States Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Professor Daniel Pfefferman of Westat, which is located at 1650 Research Blvd., Rockville, MD 20850. The purpose of this contract is to explore alternative methods to the current benchmark model-based estimates to the Current Population Survey (CPS) and investigate pooling across states.
