The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis Warranty/Support for C-TAC Real Time Monitoring Systems with a period of performance of 1 Oct 01 to 30 Sep 02. The following item(s) are included: 1) Warranty for Model BU-3R S/N 541-001-980904, Qty 1. 2) Warranty for Model BU-3R S/N 045-001 Qty 1. 3) Warranty for Model BU-3R S/N 601-001-990806 Qty 1. 4) Customer Support: One year unlimited toll free telephone and e-mail support Qty 1. 5) Annual on-site support and/or repair for up to 3 visits per year for 2 days each Qty 1. Sole source is based on proprietary rights in data. The order will be issued to ITCN, Inc Innovations In Embedded Systems Support, 8571 Gander Creek Drive, Miamisburg OH 45342. Any firms believing that they can provide this Warranty/Support may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. Firm must clearly show its' ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the service or without causing hardship to the program.
