Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to negotiate a contract modification to contract N00039-97-D-0013 with Raytheon Company, 1001 Boston Post Road, Marlborough, MA 01752, to increase the contract ceiling from $90,000,000.00 as previously synopsized on Submission No. 425166 on 14 Feb 00 to $112,000,000.00 and add an additional ordering period of one year. This modification will allow for additional ordering of spares and kits, with associated user training, technical data, and administrative data, for the AN/USC-38(V) EHF SATCOM Terminal developed and produced by Raytheon Company.
