Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Midwest Area, has a project entitiled: Installation of Card Reader System at the Cereal Disease Research Lab, St. Paul, MN. The work includes but is not limited to: furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, euipment, transportation, and other necessary work to install a modern electronic security system with motion detectors. System must be a stand-alone system capable of monitoring and logging the entry of personnel through carded doors. The Magnitude of Construction is estimated between $25,000 to $100,000. The period of performance will be 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP)(NTP estimated to be issued in July 2001). This solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal No. 5114-1-0003 and and will be available on or about May 30, 2001, with proposals due not later than 2:00 P.M. (CST), June 29, 2001. A mandatory site visit will be conducted at the Cereal Disease Research Lab in St. Paul, MN on 12 June 2001 at 2:00 P.M. CST. This solicitation is issued pursuant to full and open competition and is unrestricted. National American Industrial Classification Code of 23331, with a corresponding size standard of $27.5M.
