Description

This is a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract For equipment rental with operator, for various locations around Sam Rayburn Lake, Texas; includes equipment, personnel, supplies, fuel, maintenance, and supervision to perform tasks and associated activities in accordance with contract terms and individual specification descriptions, as ordered by individually issued task orders. A partial listing of equipment for this acquisition includes but not limited to: Dump Truck -- 14 yd., Motorgrader self-propelled ten foot, Bulldozer Crawler/Tractor type, Front End Loader, wheel type hydraulic, minimum eighty-five (85) H.P. Excavator, (Trackhoe) and Road Broom Self Propelled. The contract duration is for 5 years, base plus 4 option years. Cost Range: Between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled to issue on or about 30 May 2001, and the bid opening date will be on or about 29 June 2001. Offers from all qualified small business concerns are solicited. SIC code for this project is 1629. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 234990, which corresponds to SIC Code 1629. The size standard is $27.5 million. The Government intends to issue this solicitation and all amendments through the use of the Internet. No additional media (CD ROMS, Floppy Disks, Faxes, or paper) will be provided unless the Government determines that it is necessary.
