Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to KPMG Peat Marwick, 2001 M Street NW, Washington DC, 20036. DISA has a requirement for auditing services to improve and streamline the financial reporting systems, processes and related procedures, and help develop a plan of action and milestones for use by DISA management and the DISA Audit Committee. Details of the statement of work will be faxed upon request. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
