Description

The USAID/CAR Regional Mission, based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, is seeking to procure the professional services (expertise) of an individual or firm to create and implement a marketing strategy for the Kyrgyz Republic in order to harness opportunities for market-based, growth-driven development as the Kyrgyz Republic transforms its economy. Creating an investment climate that attracts foreign investment and rewards the efforts of local investors supports the Kyrgyz Republic's long-term Comprehensive Development Framework program and U.S. policy interests. The preferred method of distribution of USAID procurement information is via the Internet or by request of a solicitation on a 3.5 floppy disk (MS Word format). This CBD notice can be reviewed and downloaded using the Agency Web Site. The RFP can be downloaded from the Agency web site. The Worldwide Web address is http://www.usaid.gov. Select "Business and Procurement Opportunities" from the Home Page, then "USAID Procurements". On the following screen, select "Download Available USAID Solicitations".
