Description

SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego intends to issue Request for Proposals (RFP) N66001-01-R-0001 for the award of an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract on a firm fixed price and time and materials basis. The contract will provide chemical analysis of trace metals, trace organics, and other environmentally relevant constituents in marine and estuarine sample matrices (water, sediment and tissue). Chemistry analysis will require the use of field and laboratory methods that are capable of measuring low part-per-million to low parts-per-trillion levels of organic and inorganic contaminants in marine and estuarine waters, sediments, tissues, and other selected matrices. This is an unrestricted procurement and the performance period will include a one-year base period and four one-year options. The total estimated cost of the procurement is $2.5M. The NAICS code is 541380. The RFP will be posted at the SPAWAR E-Commerce Central web site (https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil) on or about 18 June 2001.
