Description

Contractor shall provide Brachytherapy Services for the Radiation Oncology Department at the VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. Services include but are not limited to 1. Initial consultation with the patient. 2. Evaluation of the pre-planning transrectal ultrasound study. 3. Completion of the prostate implant prescription form provided by the VA. 4. Verification of the pre-planning Brachytherapy isodose calculation, and selection of the appropriate isodose volume. The Contract is for the period of July 1, 2001 (or date of award) to June 30, 2002. This is commercial procurement.
