Description

The DVA Medical Center, Birmingham, AL, has a requirement for a temporary Audiologist for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (DVAMC), 3701 Loop Road East, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404. The Contractor shall provide to the DVAMC, Tuscaloosa, the services of an American Speech and Hearing (ASHA) Certified and state licensed, staff Audiologist for the purpose of hearing evaluations, hearing screenings, hearing aid fittings, cerumen management and the associated, appropriate medical record documentation. ALL REQUESTS FOR BID PACKAGES MUST BE IN WRITING TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER (90C), DVA MEDICAL CENTER, 700 SOUTH 19TH STREET, BIRMINGHAM, AL 35233 OR FAXED TO (205) 933-4489. Packages shall be issued on/about May 25, 2001. Response date is on/about June 12, 2001.
