Description

The contractor shall provide maintenance and servicing fire suppression system located 164th Airlift Wing, 2815 Democrat Road, Memphis Tennessee, 38118. This acquisition will be in accordance with part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items and 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures o the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and is subject to the Services Contact Act of 1965 as amended. This acquisition is unrestricted; the applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NACIS) code is 811310 size standard $5,000,000,.00. The period of performance will be from the effective date of award 1 August 01 to 30 Sep 01 with three one-year option periods. The Government reserves the unilateral right to exercise any option periods. Anticipated solicitation date will be on or around the 30 May 01. All prospective offers interested in submitting proposals must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and a current registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract; it does not restrict the Governments ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
