Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. The Government intends to award, on a Sole Source basis, an order to Project Technology for the following consulting services: Item 0001, OOA Jump Start, Part Number COOAJS, quantity 22 each and Item 0002, Model Complier Internals Practicum, Part Number MCIP, quantity 11 each. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be made based on technically acceptable low bids. "Numbered Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 15 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of publication of original synopsis will be considered by the Government".
