Description

Head Start of Greater Dallas is soliciting proposals on a free and open competitive basis from qualified vendors to provide the development and production of a MS SQL 2000 server based database application for Head Start programs located in Dallas County. The solution will address the Head Start application and enrollment process as well as handle the on-going database needs for tracking children and family services. The successful offeror or offerors are expected to provide for a requirements contract commencing on the date of the award and continuing for a min. one (1) year and a one (1) one-year option which may extend the period for performance to a total of two years.
