Description

The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Quantum Systems for integration of an Inertial Navigation System with the Universal Combined Arms Targeting System (UCATS) / Advanced Close Air Support System (ACASS 99). Quantum Systems in the original programmer/developer of the ACASS/UCATS targeting system software. No RFP is available for competitive bidding; however, interested parties may submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement within 15 days of this announcement to the contact person listed above. See numbered Note 22.
